Habitat

Habitat is an introspective journey in search of a place to belong. It emerges from a desire to reconnect with our essence and to explore what truly makes us feel at home.

Throughout a journey of getting lost, withdrawing, disconnecting and reconnecting, observing and being observed, nature finds its own voice, seeking to inhabit spaces that were never meant for it. Our gaze lingers on longed-for landscapes, while our displaced bodies search for elements that evoke a sense of home.

Presented as a visual diary, this project brings together a series of photographs rooted in the experience of travel while reflecting on the place we assign to nature and the ways in which we relate to it.
